1. Send Your Original Passport
Your passport must have more than 6 months validity and at least one blank visa page.
Note: The last three pages on the U.S. passport are not visa pages and are not acceptable. If your passport doesn't meet the requirement, click here to see our passport services.
First time applicants who were previously Chinese citizens must submit a photocopy of their Chinese passports.
2. Send Visa Application Form
Click here to download and must be typed only, not hand written, type on your computer to complete the form. After printing it out, sign your name.

5. Send a Business Letter and a Photocopy of Your Crew ID Badge
Send a Business Letter from the airline to the Chinese Consulate stating your purpose of visit and a photocopy of your crew badge as Crew Identification.
6. Send Your Payment
Enclose a check or money order payable to Easy China Visa or * credit card information in your application package. Refer to the table below for your payment. We accept Visa, Master card, or Discover cards. We do not accept American Express. One day processing, credit card or money order only.
* Credit card is subject to a 3% processing fee.
